After twenty years working
as a cook, I decided, with my family, to open a restaurant
in Corbera d’Ebre: Cal Pelegrí.
The experience taught me that a good restaurant is like a
stool with three legs. One of them represents the atmosphere,
calm, restful, hospitable, definitively pleasant. Another
one is the manners with our clients, offering them the service
they deserve. And the third and last one, wich is basic, is
the cookery.
In our home gastronomy you will find a variety of dishes that
go from the typical and traditional ones from our land, La
Terra Alta, to a complete international cookery menu.
